Cleaning, Sanitizing And Disinfection Services
We’ve been providing commercial office cleaning and disinfection services for our commercial facilities in Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton and nearby cities for over 12 years. At Ace, the health and safety of our staff and clients are our primary concern. That’s why we provide our cleaning crews with the necessary training and equipment to deliver the best cleaning and disinfection services possible. We provide a cost effective solution for recurring cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection services.
Our Janitorial Services offer the next generation of sanitizing:
Electrostatic Spray Disinfection
Electrostatic spray disinfection is a highly effective method of applying an EPA-registered disinfectant to surfaces and objects over large areas. The disinfectant is sprayed on electrostatically, causing it to cling and wrap around the surface or object, providing a more thorough and effective disinfection.
Your Infection Control Plan Professionals
We develop a customized cleaning and disinfection plan for each facility we service. We will work with you to determine how often your facility needs to be disinfected according to the volume of traffic and density of people at work. The frequency of applying disinfectants can be increased during flu season or during the current coronavirus threat, to reduce the rate of absenteeism. If someone should contract a virus (or be exposed), we have infection control plans that can be implemented to mitigate the spread of infection throughout your facility.

Our Disinfecting Services Include Enhanced Quality Control:
Hygenia's ATP Cleaning Verification System
We verify our cleaning and disinfection results with an ATP meter; a quantitative measurement of surface bio-contaminants. While ATP can detect and quantify organic matter on surfaces, it can’t test for the presence of specific bacteria or viruses (there are no commercially available tests that can detect specific viruses). However, ATP meters have been used for years to verify the sanitization level in hospitals, restaurants and schools.
EPA Approved Disinfectants
Ace’s Hospital Grade Disinfectant is Effective Against Coronavirus and Considered Green:
Ace has acquired a hydrogen peroxide based disinfectant that has been approved for use against the coronavirus (as well as other commonly encountered pathogens). Our hydrogen peroxide based product is considered green (i.e. non-toxic) because it leaves no harmful residual ingredients behind when applied. We will be using this product according to the disinfection plan we develop for your facility.
Ace’s Safety and Sanitizing Training Program:
Our supervisors have been trained and accredited in infection prevention procedures. Our janitorial staff receives training in the following areas:
-
the proper use of personal protective equipment, such as gloves and masks; e.g. when gloves should be changed;
-
the use of color coded microfiber towels to prevent cross contamination;
-
how to properly dispose of soiled and contaminated materials;
-
the proper use of disinfectants;
-
how to prevent cross contamination by following certain cleaning sequences (e.g. high to low cleaning);

The Benefits of a
Healthier Janitors Closet:
Have you ever wondered how you caught a cold from someone else in the office without coming in close contract with them? This can happen by the transmission of germs through indirect contact. For example: A person with a virus enters your office. The viral particles that are present on his/her hands are transferred to high touch areas, such as a door handle or refrigerator door. When you touch the infected surface, the viral particles are transferred to your hands making you susceptible to the same illness.
There are several ways to reduce the transmission of common illnesses in the workplace. One is by repeated hand washing throughout the day. Another is by removing the germs that are present on high touch areas throughout the office. This can be done by a professional cleaning company like Ace that uses hygienic cleaning principles and hospital grade disinfectants to thoroughly clean and disinfect your office.
